LONG TABLE DINNER UCLUELET

Heartwood Kitchen Food Outfitters
Ian Riddick does double duty as both lead chef and host as Feast Tofino & Ucluelet returns to its regional roots in Ucluelet.
Working with four visiting from every corner of Canada Bruno Feldeisen, Rich Francis, Murray McDonald and Robin Wasicuna, Ian opens the festival using his wonderful tented garden and patio spaces as the setting for an unforgettable evening.
The menu is a work-in-progress but that's the way great chefs work: inspired by the foraged, farmed and fished ingredients as well as their collaboration with each other.
20% of net ticket sales will be donated to support the Rainforest Educational Society's Indigenous language program.

LONG TABLE DINNER TOFINO

Tofino Botanical Gardens
George Patterson, founder, creator and Supreme Director of the Botanical Gardens along with head baker and Mayor Josie Osborne host Feast Tofino & Ucluelet's Long Table Dinner.
Magically, no long tables will actually be used.
Our team of local and visiting chefs including Ian Riddick and Matty Kane working with four visiting chefs from every corner of Canada, including Bruno Feldeisen, Rich Francis, Murray McDonald and Robin Wasicuna, promise to provide an extraordinary evening of gastronomical delight, fun and frivolity too.

LONG TABLE FUNDRAISER

Saya Masso and the Tribal Parks Alliance, as members of the Tla-o-qui-aht Nation are our hosts, neighbours and friends here in Tofino. This event is our way of celebrating them and giving thanks for their generations of work and stewardship of the land, water, air and ecosystem that preserves us.
